Moray mosque wins go-ahead

MORAY'S Muslim community is celebrating after plans for a mosque in the area were given the green light.

2% cut in whisky duty hailed

The Scotch Whisky Association (SWA) has described as "historic" the UK Government's decision to cut excise duty on spirits by 2%.

A CELEBRATION has taken place to mark the end of a Moray appeal which raised more than £140,000 to refurbish the children's ward at Dr Gray's Hospital in Elgin.
