DRUGS with an approximate street value of £23,000 have been seized from an address in Lhanbryde.
A Grampian Police operation was conducted last Thursday (April 5) and resulted in the capture of class A, B and C drugs including cocaine, cannabis and Diazepam.
Detective Constable Brian Ferry, who orchestrated the operation, said today: "This is another significant recovery of drugs in the Moray area and re-affirms the commitment of Grampian Police in reducing the harm caused by drugs and serious organised crime.
"I would like to emphasise to members of the community that we will leave no stone unturned when it comes to bringing drug dealers to justice but can only do so effectively with the help of those in our communities."
He urged anyone with information that relates to drug dealing to either phone Grampian Police on 0845 600 5700 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
