Moray Council must cut spending by £30 million
MORAY Council needs to cut £30 million from its budget over the next four years - and wants the public to help find the savings.
A series of roadshows beginning on Monday, October 1 will be held across the area to give people a deeper understanding of where the local authority currently spends its money.
At the moment the council has an annual budget of around £266 million, which will need to be reduced to £236 million by the financial year 2017/18.
