Police appeal for information
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after vandals broke windows on a digger in Lossiemouth.
The incident took place on Kinneddar Street overnight between Saturday 9 and Sunday March 10.
Officers are keen to talk to four males seen in the area walking towards Queen Street around midnight.
