PEOPLE have been injured and others stranded following a suspected chairlift derailment at the Lecht Ski Centre.
Units from Grampian Police, Grampian Fire and Rescue Service and the Scottish Ambulance Service were called to attend the incident at around 3.30pm.
The police mountain rescue team have also been mobilised to assist with those still stuck on the chairlift.
At this stage it is not known how many people have been hurt or the extent of their injuries.
The emergency services are currently evacuating those injured and rescuing those who remain on the chairlift.
The situation is ongoing.
