Fuel thieves strike in Elgin

POLICE are investigating the theft of fuel from two cars in Moray.

Petrol or diesel was siphoned out of both vehicles in the Pinefield area of Elgin last weekend.

The incidents took place between 5pm on Saturday (February 16) and 4.45pm the following day.

Car owners in the area are advised to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to police.
