A LOCAL campaign backing independence is being launched in Keith.
The inaugural meeting of Yes Keith will take place next Friday, February 22, at 7.30pm in the Ugie House Hotel. The guest speaker will be Stan Blackley who is the deputy director of communities for Yes Scotland.
Keith campaigner Ryan Rodger said: “I am delighted that we are getting the campaign for Scottish independence under way in Keith. We recognise that there is still a lot of work to do and are looking forward to getting out and about to tell people about this really exciting opportunity for our country.”
