A LORRY driver suffered minor injuries after his vehicle tipped over in Elgin on Sunday afternoon.
The Stevenson Brothers vehicle of Avonbridge, Falkirk , which was carrying waste paper and cardboard, flipped over on Reiket Lane at around 4.45pm.
A section of road close to the Cottar Hoose roundabout, beyond the turn off to Dunkinty, was closed for a period while the lorry was recovered and its load removed from the carriageway.
It is not clear how the accident happened.
Police cordoned off the section of road and diversions were in place while the clear up operation continued.
The road was re-opened a number of hours later.
