POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an incident on Elgin’s Blantyre Place.
A 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with theft and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards a woman on the Bishopmill Street on the morning of Saturday, January 12.
Grampian Police want to speak to two passersby, believed to have been in the area at the time.
Constable Wayne Francis said: "We are particularly keen to speak to these two people and I urge them to make contact with us as soon as possible."
