Elgin Sheriff Court
A 17-year-old man is expected to appear in Elgin Sheriff Court today in connection with an assault in Lhandryde on January 2.
Police were called at around 11pm after a 43-year-old injured man was discovered on Robertson Road.
He was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital for treatment.
