Tara French and Julia Moreland are heading to the third international conference on Health, Wellness and Society on March 15 and 16.

The Moray College pair have already delivered their research on the use of digital technology in delivering health, to a conference in Boston last year.

Tara is a lecturer of psychology at the Moray College UHI whose own research includes the effects of music on wellbeing.

She has collaborated with NHS Grampian on numerous health promotion projects and is the co-founder of the Moray Institute of Social Research.

Tara established Sing for Life Speyside, a community choir which aims to promote health and wellbeing through singing.

Mother of two Julia, from Lhanbryde, is a social sciences BA graduate who also now works at Moray College. As part of her studies, she carried out research into how patients access health information online.
