MORAY has been battered by a heavy storm over the weekend.
Lossiemouth bore the brunt of the horrific weather.
Residents had to be evacauated from harbour-front homes after heavy seas pounded the area.
Businesses and residents along Clifton Road and at Seatown and Shore Street had to put out sandbags to hold back the water.
The Station Park area in Lossiemouth was cordoned off after an area of wall collapsed under the pressure.
There was debris all over the esplanade a high tide coupled with strong winds saw a large swell burst the banks of the River Lossie.
A large area of sand dune on the east beach was also sliced away by the large waves.

There were reports of Kingston being cut off by the high tide and other coastal roads being flooded.
