Local independent forecourt operator Iain Aitkenhead has moved to JET as fuel brand for his three businesses.

The three sites – Buccaneer Service Station in Bishopmill, New Elgin Service Station on the Main Road in Elgin and Mosstodloch Service Station in Fochabers – have already been revamped in JET’s blue and yellow brand colours.

The Aitkenhead family has owned and operated the three forecourts for more than 60 years and has partnered with a number of fuel suppliers over this time. In November, all three sites joined the JET brand and over the coming months, customers will benefit from a number of new facilities including PayPoint, the National Lottery, free to use cash machines and new hot food and drinks ranges.

Customers have a chance to win £5,000 in free fuel in a special promotion running until Friday.

Mr Aitkenhead said: "With JET we’re able to offer competitive fuel prices, which is really important to customers who will shop round for the best deal. It’s also important for us to be able to offer customers a reliable supply of high quality fuel."

Paul Yates, Territory Manager for JET, said: "We’re delighted to welcome Iain and his three forecourts to the JET brand, especially as we move into our 60th anniversary in 2014.
