MORAY youngsters have quizzed political leaders ahead of the Independence referendum in September.
S5 and S6 pupils at Elgin Academy took part in a referendum debate this week.
A total of 250 young voters posed questions to a panel of Yes and No campaigners.
Advocating independence for Scotland were Moray MSP Richard Lochhead and Highlands and Islands Independent MSP John Finnie.
In the ‘Better Together’ camp were Tory MSP for the Highlands and Islands Mary Scanlon and Labour Councillor in Moray Sean Morton.
