NINE political parties are vying to represent Scotland in the forthcoming European elections.
Contesting the six seats for the electoral region are the British National Party; Conservative Party; Labour Party; Liberal Democrats; NO2EU; Scottish Green Party; Scottish National Party; and UK Independence Party.
With the poll taking place on May 22, the notice of situation of polling stations was also confirmed by the local returning officer for Moray. There are several new polling places in use for the first time this election and voters should check their poll cards, which they should have received recently in the post, for information on where they are eligible to vote.
With the confirmation of the candidates, ballot papers are now being printed and postal votes are expected to be dispatched on Friday, May 2. Voters who are not yet registered or who wish to apply for a postal vote can do so up until Tuesday, May 6.
