USERS of Dr Gray’s in Elgin are being asked to anonymously share their experiences of the hospital.
A new website entitled ‘Patient Opinion’ was launched today (Monday), giving people a chance to log their time in the hospital whether it be good or bad.
Patient Opinion is working alongside NHS Grampian, in what is described as a new way of listening to patients and relatives.
Anne Marie Walsh, a clinical quality facilitator with NHS Grampian, said: "Patient Opinion gives people a way of sharing what they think of the services they have received, to say what was good, and why, about their care and treatment and also make suggestions about how NHS Grampian could be improved.
"People can also see how NHS Grampian responds to these issues, concerns and compliments and what changes they make as a result."
Ms Walsh said many leaflets, cards and caption sheets have been produced by Patient Opinion to show the public how to best share their experiences.
