A PERVERT stroked a teenager with an axe – threatening to cut out his organs and make the youth eat them if he told anyone about their sex games.
The youngster was tied up and gagged lying on a bed in Roy Henry’s home in Forres.
A court heard that the 16-year-old victim was "relaxed" at first because of on-line chats about fantasy and role play.
However, he became frightened and started to struggle when the axe moved towards his genitals.
Henry (20) then had sex with the youth – who cannot be identified.
At the High Court in Edinburgh on Thursday, Henry was sentenced to four years’ detention.
Earlier he had halted a planned trial by admitting sex offences with the youth between November, 2011, and August, 2012. The offences involved masturbation, oral and anal sex.
Judge Lord Uist told Henry: "I am told you targeted, befriended, groomed and sexually abused your victim and that you do not appear to appreciate the seriousness of your action, and you view the victim as having been the instigator."
Defence advocate Edith Forrest said experts had disagreed over whether or not Henry’s symptoms of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, formerly known as Asperger’s, had played a part in the offences.
She urged Lord Uist to favour the view that Henry’s problems had affected his behaviour.
