Police Scotland has renewed its appeal for information in connection with Ian Bramald (73) who has been reported missing from his home in Buckie.
Significant resources have been involved in the search for Mr Bramald after he was last seen at around 9am on Wednesday, February 26, in the Archibald Court area of the town.
Chief Inspector Willie Findlay said: "We have spent the day again searching for Mr Bramald and the operation has involved a variety of specialist resources including the police helicopter, specialist search dogs and the marine and dive unit. I would especially like to thanks those members of the Buckie community today who assisted us searching surrounding areas of Buckpool and Buckie.
"Unfortunately we have not yet traced Mr Bramald.
"I would like to thank the public for their continued assistance and to again appeal for anyone who may have had sight of him to let us know. It is possible he may have travelled to the Keith area so we would appeal for people to check their properties and outbuildings.
"I would also like to thank our partner agencies for their continued efforts to find him.
"Anybody with any information regarding the whereabouts of Mr Bramald or who believes they may recognise his description is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101."
Mr Bramald is described as approximately 5ft 5ins in height, with dark hair which is receding on top.
When he was last seen he was wearing a short green waterproof jacket, blue corduroy trousers, a cap, a multi-coloured scarf, and glasses.
