POLICE have seized drugs during two separate raids in Buckie and Portknockie.
Officers executed search warrants yesterday (Tuesday) at a house in the Portknockie area, and another on Redburn Drive in Buckie.
In Portknockie, LSD, cannabis and amphetamine worth approximately £3,000 was discovered. A 44-year-old man has been charged as a result of the find.
In Buckie, Diazepam tablets worth £1,000 were recovered, and a 40-year-old woman was charged.
Detective Sergeant William Nimmo, who led the operation, said: "Once again, with the assistance of the Buckie community, we have recovered significant quantities of controlled drugs and taken them out of circulation.
"Grampian Police will continue to proactively target those who deal in controlled drugs and bring harm to our communities."
