A PUBLIC consultation is to be held in Dallas on Monday following last week’s flooding.
Around 40 homes in the village were hit when the River Lossie burst its banks.
Members of Moray Council’s flood risk management team will be on hand to gather information from residents and hear first-hand how events unfolded.
Villagers are being asked to take along photos or video footage of the flooding and anything else that might be relevant.
Representatives from the Scottish Flood Forum and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency will also be in attendance and able to deal with queries on issues such as personal flood protection, insurance and raising flood risk awareness.
The consultation will take place in the Houldsworth Institute from 4pm to 7pm.
