POLICE have confirmed that the death of a woman in Elgin is not suspicious.
They have named the 43-year-old who died in a house at Fulmar Road in the town's Bishopmill area as Lindsey Richards.
Paramedics were called to the house last Friday evening.
A post mortem examination was carried out this week.
Police Scotland have said: "Enquiries have established that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course."
