A SEX predator who was "bored, depressed and sexually frustrated" posed as a teenage boy online and persuaded a 15-year-old girl to expose her breasts to him.
Kevin Innes (30) posted a bogus Facebook profile claiming to be a 15-year-old boy and using false photos to befriend the girl.
He contacted her 36 times over a period of two months, and despite initially refusing to go on a webcam, she eventually agreed.
Innes claimed his own webcam was broken so his real identity wouldn’t be exposed during their Skype meetings.
Elgin Sheriff Court heard that Innes, who appeared from custody, repeatedly told the girl she was "hot and sexy" and asked her to wear sexy clothing.
Sheriff Susan Raeburn placed Innes on the sex offenders’ register and adjourned sentence until November 8 for the preparation of background reports. He was further remanded in custody.
