A MOTORCYCLIST on a charity road-trip across Scotland bumped into a Hollywood star in Moray.
Colin Pemberton, from Clara Vale near Newcastle, dropped into RAF Lossiemouth last week as part of a tour of military bases to raise money for Combat Stress.
While at the Moray base he met Trainspotting actor Ewan McGregor,
McGregor, a motorbike enthusiast whose brother Colin used to fly Tornado aircraft out of RAF Lossie, was on a private visit to the base on Monday, July 3.
During his 2400 mile round trip on his Suzuki Intruder motorbike, Colin visited RM Condor, near Arbroath to Fort George, near Inverness.
Colin decided to raise funds for Combat Stress, which helps veterans suffering from mental illnesses, after meeting a friend of his son who has been supported by the charity after leaving the army with post traumatic stress disorder.
