MOTORISTS have been urged to take care across Moray with the risk of debris on the roads.
High winds have been sweeping the district overnight and throughout the morning.
A spokesperson for Grampian Police said: "Due to the high winds, motorists should be aware of debris blown onto road surfaces and a large number of fallen trees across the force area."
The Met Office has also warned off further rain or showers, heavy and persistent in places, are likely during Tuesday.
The rain will be accompanied by gales and possibly severe gales for a time.
"The public should remain aware of the potential for further localised disruption due to heavy rain and the very strong winds," added the spokesperson.
