Witnesses sought after Elgin vandalism

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following two incidents of vandalism at residential properties in Elgin.

The incidents took place between 11pm on Tuesday (August 12) and 7am the following day at Ferrier Terrace and Covesea Road areas of the town.

Officers would like to speak to witnesses who may have information about these incidents.

Police Constable Roddy MacLeod said: "These incidents were deeply distressing to the occupants of the properties."
