ALL Saturday’s football matches involving Moray teams have been postponed due to the weather.
Lossiemouth’s Highland League visit to Nairn County was the latest Highland League game to fail a pitch inspection at 8.30 on Saturday morning.
The Keith v Buckie Thistle, Strathspey Thistle v Forres Mechanics, Rothes v Inverurie Locos and Turriff United v Huntly matches were all called off on Friday.
Elgin City’s Division 3 match against Queen’s Park fell by the wayside on Friday afternoon.
The full Highland League programme was affected, with only Clach v Brora Rangers surviving the Saturday morning inspections. It will undergo a second inspection in mid morning.
Moray’s junior sides have also been wiped out of action, with all clubs idle due to frozen parks across the north.
