BUCKIE Thistle warmed up for their Highland League Cup sem-final at Inverurie on Saturday with a five goal thrashing of Keith on Wednesday night.
The match was affected by the power cut which hit the north of Scotland, with the game halted for around 10 minutes.
Craig Macmillan had given Buckie a first half lead.
They stepped on the gas after the break with Chris Angus, Drew Copeland and Lewis Mackinnon (2) completing the scoring against the Maroons.
Their cup opponents Locos were 3-1 winners over Deveronvale who led 1-0 at half-time through a Martin Charlesworth goal.
However, second half goals from David Ross, Neil Gauld and Jordan Leyden secured the points for the home side. Charlesworth was also sent off for the visitors.
The match between Fort William and Clach was 2-2 midway through the first half when the lights went out with the power cut and the match had to be abandoned when the power could not be restored.
