BUCKIE Thistle were hit by a Fort William thunderbolt strike in Saturday’s 3-3 draw at Claggan Park.
The league’s bottom side shocked Jags for the second time this season, following a 0-0 stalemate at Victoria Park back in September.
Saturday’s six-goal thriller was captured by the SHFLtv cameras, and can be seen in the video below.
Included in the action is a sensational 35-yard shot by Fort defender Andy Martin which smashed in off the underside of Buckie keeper Kevin Main’s crossbar.
All the goals came in the second half, with the home side scoring first with a penalty before Andy Low headed Jags level.
Martin’s brilliant effort restored the Lochaber men’s advantage before Iain MacRae nodded Buckie level, and a superb Low free kick looked to be sending Gary Hake’s side on their way to victory with ten minutes left.
However Martin popped up with a stoppage time header to grab a point for Fort William.
Jags assistant boss Kevin Small told SHFLtv: "To be honest there wasn’t any positives from the game for us. Credit to Fort William, they deserved the draw in the end."
