BUCKIE Thistle were on the receiving end of a seven goal drubbing by Wick Academy.
Richard Macadie scored five goals for the visitors to Victoria Park, who moved joint top of the Highland League with the stunning result.
The Jags trailed 3-0 at half-time to a Macadie double and another from Steven Cunningham, and Lukasz Geruzel added number four early in the second half.
Macadie completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot after 75 minutes, before adding further gloss to the scoreline with two goals in the space of a minute late on.
Buckie fans were left shell-shocked by the hammering just a week after the Jags held Cove 1-1 at Victoria Park.
Forres Mechanics made it five wins in the last six games as they beat visitors Lossiemouth 5-2 at Mosset Park.
Most of the goals came in the first half with Graeme Fraser (2), Craig McGovern and Kyle Scott on target for the home side, while Ross Archibald fired a double for the Coasters.
Scott Lawrie wrapped up the scoring just two minutes into the second half.
In the only other games played, Deveronvale beat Strathspey Thistle 2-0, while Cove Rangers and Brora Rangers shared the points in a 2-2 draw.
All the other games were postponed due to the weather.
