ELGIN City earned a point at play-off contenders Stirling Albion in a match which saw the home side fail to score two penalties.
City took the lead after 13 minutes when Shane Sutherland fired home.
In the 23rd minute Elgin conceded a penalty when Sean Crighton was penalised for a handball in the box. However, Jordan White's spot kick hit a post and was cleared.
With eight minutes remaining of the first half, White made amends when he placed a shot into the net from outside the box.
City conceded their second penalty of the game six minutes after the restart when David Niven handled in the box.
This time John Gibson pulled off a good save to deny Ross Forsyth.
Elgin capitalised on this missed opportunity within two minutes when Craig Gunn put them back into the lead with a close range effort.
As the game moved into the 81st minute, Stirling levelled for a second time when Craig Comrie scored from outside the box.
The result will give Barry Wilson's men a boost, while Stirling remain in the last play-off place but are just three points ahead of Berwick Rangers.
