TICKETS for Elgin City’s fifth and final match against Rangers this season go on sale this week.
Home briefs for the March 16 match are available to buy at Borough Briggs this Thursday (March 7) between 7pm and 8.30pm.
A second sale for Elgin fans will take place at the ground the following day between noon and 3pm.
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and are limited to two per sale.
The club’s season ticket holders and gold card holders can collect their reserved tickets from Borough Briggs on Wednesday night (March 6) between 7pm and 8.30pm.
Elgin City say they cannot accept online or postal requests because of delays in the production of the tickets by the Scottish Football League due to technical problems.
The last meeting between the teams at Borough Briggs resulted in a 6-2 win for Rangers on December 22 in front of a 3,448 crowd.
The game had been postponed a month earlier on safety grounds after Elgin admitted overselling around a thousand tickets.
Rangers also beat Elgin 5-1 when the teams first met on league business in September, although the most recent meeting in Glasgow saw ten-man City battle back to earn a 1-1 draw.
Sky TV cameras will be at Borough Briggs to cover the March 16 game live, kicking off at 12.45pm.
