Stevie Dunn's side took the lead on 67 minutes through Elliot Winter.
Wick had Sam Mackay sent off three minutes from the end.
And Lossiemouth wrapped up the win on 90 minutes when Scott Dunn converted a penalty.
Lossie handed a debut to Shawn Scott, signed earlier this week from Deveronvale, who is back at Grant Park for the fourth time in his career.
Buckie Thistle progressed to the next round of the Breedon Aggregates-sponsored cup with a 4-2 win on penalties at home to Cove Rangers.
Darren Wood had levelled for Buckie in normal time to make the game 1-1.

In the Highland League, leaders Brora Rangers were held to a goalless draw at Princess Royal Park. Colin Charlesworth missed a penalty for the home side, while Zander Sutherland was sent off for the visitors.
Formartine kept their slim title hopes alive with a 3-1 win at home to Clach.
