In a day of draws in division three, the towering striker bagged a second half equaliser to City.

Clyde had taken the lead in first half injury time through Stefan McCluskey.

The home side almost doubled their lead early in the second half but Joe Malin saved well from Kevin Watt.

Millar had replaced the injured Dennis Wyness in the first half and 12 minutes from the end he fired home from close range.

Inverness Caley loan signing Gavin Morrison made his debut for Elgin, while Ross Jack's other capture during the transfer window, full back Ross McKinnon, was an unused sub.

All three other games in the division ended in draws, so City remain in fifth place, just two points off a play-off place and they have two games in hand over Peterhead and Montrose who are immediately above them.

Elgin: Malin, Niven, Morrison, McMullan, Gunn, Cameron (Beveridge 38), Crighton, O'Donoghue, Moore, Wyness (Millar 28), Nicolson. Subs Not Used: Black, McLean, McKinnon.
