ELGIN City should be confident of getting two good results against Rangers, insists one Highland League boss who came close to springing a shock on Ally McCoist’s men earlier in the season.
Charlie Rowley wasn’t far away from masterminding a Scottish Cup shock against the former SPL side at Mosset Park in September.
Rangers edged it 1-0 but Forres Mechanics were extremely unfortunate not to take them back to Ibrox for a replay.

"It might be the Rangers name but they are a third division side and Elgin should show no fear. That’s what we did against them," he said.
"I can’t see why they cannot get two great results against Rangers.
