ELGIN City chairman Graham Tatters will face an SFA hearing on Thursday.
The Borough Briggs chairman will make a personal appearance at the disciplinary hearing at Hampden.
Earlier this month he was served with a 'Notice of Complaint' by Scottish football's governing body.
That followed a substantial over-selling of tickets for his team's match against Rangers on November 25.
It emerged that Elgin sold at least 1,100 more tickets than their 4,520 capacity for the ground.
Tatters had to respond to the complaint last week and will plead his case at the Hampden hearing.
City were fined £25,000 earlier this month by the Scottish Football League.
The chairman's appearance comes just 48 hours before the rearranged game with Rangers on Saturday.
