MORAY will host Scotland's longest running marathon on Sunday.
The 31st Moray Marathon, which also incorporates a half marathon and 10k, reaches the finish line at Elgin's Cooper Park.
There will be an international flavour to this year’s event, with entries received from USA, Canada and South Africa already.
Up to 200 are expected to take part in the marathon, which starts in Elgin’s Cooper Park. The half marathon begins at Gordonstoun school while the 10k start line is on the outskirts of Lossiemouth, and both these races have a maximum entry of 350.
All finishers will receive a medal and a commemorative tee shirt, and there will be refreshments at Elgin Town Hall during the day.
Anybody who would be willing to marshall on the day should contact 01343 549886.
