M&D'sFrom end of August to beginning of November

M&D's is much more than just a theme park. With free entry into the theme park as well as free parking, Scotland's Theme Park appeals to families of all ages.

Halloween is traditionally the scariest time of the year, but this year M&D's has gone all out to ensure that there is something for everyone at this spooky time.

This year, M&D's is bringing back Scotland's original Drive In Movies that will be sure to make your toes curl.

For the Halloween weekend (Friday, October 31, Saturday and Sunday, November 1 and 2) M&D's has gone all American and arranged for a huge screen which will be 60ft wide and 25ft high which will ensure that all 400 cars there to watch the scary movie of their choice has a perfect view.

Each thrill-seeker that purchases a ticket will be able to bring up to three extra people in their car to share in the fun and tune in your FM station to the required frequency meaning that you'll feel right at home.

New for this year, is the spine-chilling new attraction Outbreak. Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from October 3 to November 2, this is a zombie experience not to be missed.

M&D'sHead down to Cosmic Bowl from Thursday, October 23 right through to Sunday, November 2 to be scared out of your wits as you bowl in our spook-tastic themed glow-in-the-dark bowling! Kids love all things fun and spooky so bring them along too! Games and prizes are available throughout the scary season for bowlers in full fancy dress and there are also two fang-tastic offers available to kick-start your Halloween adventure!

Amazonia, Scotland's only indoor tropical rainforest, has also got some spooky events planned in its cave area where the nocturnal animals reside. On Thursday and Friday, October 30 and 31, visitors can enjoy Tropical Nights of Terror, with pumpkin carving and fancy dress competitions as well as Halloween games and goody bags.

Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble... it's back! One of the best value Halloween parties in Lanarkshire at Krazy Congo soft play.

On October 31 from 6-9pm, children dressed in their spookiest costumes have the chance to be crowned best dressed in the costume competition. There will also be lots of party games, face painting, spooky music and loads more.

With Amazonia, Cosmic Bowl and Krazy Congo soft play open all year-round, whatever the weather, there is everything you need under one roof for a fun day out for all the family at M&D's.
