HOT on the heels of its highly successful 5th Haal festival earlier this month, Folk at the Salmon Bothy will host two international acts in Portsoy this summer.
The Hot Seats are flying in from the US, bringing their energetic brand of bluegrass and Americana to the popular venue on Saturday, July 26 (7.30pm).
And on Saturday, August 9 (7pm), New Zealand's The Pacific Curls will return to the Bothy fresh from their live performance at the Commonwealth Games.
Their unique blend of Scottish and traditional music played on the fiddle, guitar, mandolin and cajon will be supported by Mabel Duncan, a young guitarist from Oldmeldrum.
And the Folk at the Bothy summer programme will be rounded off by Scottish singer-songwriters The Two Ians, who will make their Portsoy debut on Saturday, August 23.
Tickets for all the gigs are priced at £10 and are available on the door.
