The Jive Aces - who made it to the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent last year - will rock Strathpeffer Pavilion next March.

The UK’s number one jive and swing band and semi finalists of Britain’s Got Talent in 2012, will perform at the pavilion on Saturday, March 8.

The yellow-suited sextet are renowned for their hot, swinging music and high-energy stage show, playing songs made famous by such greats as Bobby Darin, Louise Prima and Sammy Davis Jnr, to name a few.

Following the band’s success at Britain’s Got Talent, they performed for Her Majesty The Queen as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

The Aces have even worked with the likes of Van Morrison and John Travolta.

The pavilion’s programme development manager Kris Reid commented: "The Jive Aces are a truly entertaining act and I urge people to come to the pavilion for what promises to be a brilliant night.

"Anyone who witnessed last year’s Britain’s Got Talent semi-final or spotted one of their multi-million viewed YouTube videos will know that The Jive Aces are, quite simply, fantastic!”

The Aces have brought the house down at thousands of festivals, theatres and dance halls across the UK, Europe, the USA and beyond and have made countless appearances on TV and radio world-wide.
