TWO Inverness venues have announced the line-up for their fundraising gig nights for the Clutha Bar.
Both the Market Bar and Hootanannys have come up with gig nights to raise money for the victims’ families of the Glasgow bar helicopter tragedy.
Fans of Iain McLaughlin, Dylan Tierney, Josephine Sillars and Dougie Burns will get the chance to hear the artists in both venues.
Next Saturday (Dec 28) the Market Bar is having its Clutha benefit, starting at 2pm with the last act on at 11.45pm.
The running order is: 2pm Greg Allan, 2.30pm Comedy with Kieran Lochore, 3pm Andy Duncan, 3.30pm Dougie Burns and Al Davies, 4.pm Josephine Sillars, 4.30 pm Billy Morrison, 5pm Dylan Tierney, 5.30pm Dave Levin, 6pm Hamish Macdonald, 6.30pm Susanna Wolfe, 7pm James Mackenzie, 7.30pm Hamish Roberts, 8pm Marc Clement, 8.30pm Iain McLaughlin, 9.pm Iain Hector Ross, 9.30pm Emma Mitchell, 10pm The Signal acoustic, 10.30pm Habitat and 11.45pm The Disciples off Rock.
The full line-up for Hootanannys Clutha Bar fundraisers on Friday, January 3 and Saturday, January 4, is:
Ashley And The Cosmonauts, Toby Michaels Rolling Damned, Silver Coast, Mir, Sarah Bills and the Hasbeens. And in the Bothy: Dylan Tierney, Dr Wook, Jemma Tweedie, Neon Knights and Emma Mitchell.
On Saturday, the acts are: Iain McLaughlin And The Outsiders, Kobi, Naked Red, Dougie Burns & Al Davies, The Ragazzi. Bothy: Josephine Sillars, Alan Turner, Douglas Scott, Craig Robertson and Caroline Truslove.
There will also be a DJ set from Dan Tierney each night till 3am.
Entry – from 8pm – is by a minimun £3 donation to raise funds for families of the victims, the emergency services and The Clutha Bar.
