A HIGHLAND venue where The Beatles once played will once again be ringing to the sound of rock music — but this time the songs of Pink Floyd and Radiohead.
Dingwall Events, a small promotion company recently set up to bring the best entertainment possible to the town, has announced that Scottish Pink Floyd tribute MacFloyd will come to Dingwall Town Hall on Saturday 15th November.
The show will be look back over the career of Pink Floyd and will include a performance of 1973 album The Dark Side Of The Moon in its entirety in addition to material from, among others Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Wall and the band’s last studio album, 1994’s The Division Bell.
Tickets are on sale now from www.scottish.ticketsource.co.uk with general seated tickets £14 and a limited balcony ticket at £20 which is also available online.
General seated tickets can also be purchased from June’s Card Shop on Dingwall High Street in person.
This is the second event announced by Dingwall Events for 2014 with the first being a show by local Radiohead tribute act The Fake Plastic Trees on Saturday 31st May 31st.
