Two Eden Court London Academy of Music and Drama Art (LAMDA) students have auditioned and won parts as extras in National Theatre of Scotland and Royal Shakespeare Company’s play Dunsinane.
Chris Beaton and Ersan Uzunoglu were two of four originally chosen from 14 auditionees to appear in the play which opened on Saturday and continues from Tuesday at the Inverness theatre until Saturday.
Both have beening studying with Eden Court’s LAMDA tutor Amanda Luscombe for three years.
Chris recently passed his bronze (Grade 6) exam and Ersan his silver (Grade 7) exam.
Chris is also a member of the Eden Court Young Company and has performed at the National Festival of Youth Theatre (NFYT) and at the NT Connections Festival.
Chris and Ersan now have the chance to learn from a professional company with seasoned performers.
They rehearsed with the National Theatre of Scotland and Royal Shakespeare Company in the week before Saturday's preview performance.
