A PENSIONER who exposed himself to three young boys has been jailed.
Andrew Halcrow was on licence and banned from going near children when he masturbated in full view of the three teenagers.
Halcrow was jailed at Elgin Sheriff Court this afternoon (Thursday).
Halcrow (67), of Forres, committed the offence in the Leys Road car park on March 21.
While committing the act he shouted to the youngsters: "I've been doing this since I was nine years old."
An off duty police officer saw Halcrow expose himself.
The boys were said to have been puzzled by the behaviour and found it odd, but were not thought to have suffered any adverse effect.
Halcrow had admitted an indictment of breaching a sex offender's prevention order at the car park.
Sentence had been deferred on Halcrow pending the preparation of background reports.
Sheriff Susan Raeburn sentenced Halcrow to 28 months imprisonment.
