MAIN Helen wishes to convey her sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the kind expressions of sympathy extended to her in so many ways following the sad loss of Abbie, a very dear granddaughter.
GRUBB Allison, Willie and Families of the late Ian would like to thank everyone for the cards, flowers and messages of sympathy following their sad loss. Sincere thanks to Chandlers Court for their care and kindness, thanks to everyone who attended the funeral and gained comfort in the fitting tribute given by Rev Bob Anderson. The family are especially grateful to Steven Thomson and Son for the caring and professional service which has supported them during this difficult time. Money raised was £208.50 to be given to local charities.
LYONS (Burghead). Laura, Stewart, Martin, Karen, Norma and Families would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many thoughtful and kind expressions of sympathy by cards, phone calls, texts, visits, practical support and beautiful floral tributes received during the very sad loss of William (Billy) much loved dad, grampa, great-grampa, brother, father-in-law and dear friend. Thank you to the Rev Louis Bezuidenhout for his comforting service, to Dan Ralph and Son for their excellent professional, caring and supportive funeral arrangements and to Evelyn Cormie and her very efficient team for the lovely teas. Finally, thanks to all who travelled from near and far to pay their last respects in church and at the graveside and who so generously donated £1470 for The British Heart Foundation and the Burghead Defibrillator Appeal. Sorely missed.
ADAM (Birnie). The Family of the late Marilyn Adam (nee Hay) would like to give our sincere thanks to all relatives, neighbours and friends, who have sent their condolences, cards and phone calls, you have been so caring, we are sure Marilyn would appreciate your kindness. Thanks also to the paramedics and police. Many thanks to Eve Bailie, a wonderful tribute to the life of Marilyn, you did her proud. Thanks to Catto Funeral Directors for their professional undertaking of arranging everything. Finally, thanks to all who attended Marilyn's send off, to Pamela at the Birnie Inn and for generous donations, the sum of £782 goes to Marie Curie. Marilyn, thanks for your love and memories, loving you was easy, missing you is hard.
BONNYMAN (nee Cruickshank). Ronald would like to thank all family members for the kind expressions of sympathy following the sad loss of Catherine. Thanks also to Father Gyles and Brother Michael for the uplifting service at the chapel and graveside. Thanks to the Pitgaveny Carers, Maryhill Nurses and Doctors, the Marie Curie Nurses and also Bob and staff at W.G. Catto's for their kind help at this sad time. Cath is now interred at Pluscarden Priory. Donations collected raised £216.70 for Marie Curie.
