THE Scottish Government has announced that an additional £5 million will be spent on college and university campuses this year.
It has not yet been confirmed whether the Moray College UHI campus in Elgin will receive a portion of the additional money.
The investment will help to ensure that students benefit from a better learning environment with buildings that meet their needs, according to Education Secretary Mike Russell.
Mr Russell said: "This investment will directly benefit Scottish students, with improvements planned at a number of college estates.
"Creating the very best educational environment supports the highest quality learning and teaching, and will make a difference that will pay dividends for many years to come."
