POLICE want to talk to the driver of a black Vauxhall Vestra following a break-in at a property at Darnaway near Forres.
The crime was committed at about 5.30pm on Thursday and electrical items valued at more than £1000 were stolen.
Investigating officer PC Lisa Gauld said: "This happened during daylight hours and we are extremely keen to hear from anyone who may have information.
"We are particularly interested in speaking to a man seen in the area at the time who was driving a black Vauxhall Vectra. He may have valuable information that could assist our enquiries.
"It is understood the vehicle was driven east on the A96 towards Forres.
"If anyone has information that could assist us with this investigation I would ask that they contact Police Scotland quoting reference 3780 of June 14.
