Emergency services called to the top of St Giles Car Park

Vehilcle Collision on top floor of St Giles Car Park FIRE, police and ambulance services have been called to the St Giles shopping centre car park this afternoon.

This was after a collision involving one vehicle in the top floor of the multi-storey car park.

A spokesperson for the ambulance service has confirmed that an 80 year old woman has been taken to Dr Grays Hospital following the incident which was recorded at 1:16pm.

Two fire engines from Elgin were at the scene and crews helped release the woman from the vehicle.

Police have confirmed that they received a call at 1:35pm this afternoon for a "single vehicle RTC" in which it collided into the wall on the top floor.

Levels five and six of the car park are currently closed.
