Police appeal after Lhanbryde collision

police scotland logoPOLICE have appealed for witnesses after a driver failed to stop after crashing into a garden fence in Lhanbryde.

No-one was injured in the incident, but damage estimated at a low three-figure sum was caused to the fence.

The incident happened at Burnside Road between 11am and 4pm on Saturday (August 9).

The driver of the vehicle involved, which may have been a blue Renault Clio, failed to stop and provide details.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
