Three hurt after car hits tree

New Police Scotland logoPOLICE are appealing for witness after a blue Ford Fiesta collided with a tree in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The car left the B9010 Elgin to Dallas road near Cloddach Bridge at about 1am.

Its 18-year-old driver sustained back injuries, while his two passengers – a girl aged 17 and a boy aged 16 – were also hurt.

Inspector Graeme Allan said: "We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision or seen the vehicle mentioned prior to the collision to contact us."
