LYALL (Burghead). Sandra, Janne and Mike, David and Janice and our young ones wish to convey our sincere appreciation to all relatives, friends and colleagues who extended their sympathy by way of calls, cards, letters, visits, flowers, baking and meals following our very sad and sudden loss of John. Your kindness and support is a great comfort. Grateful thanks to the ICU doctors and staff at ARI for their professionalism and care of our dearly loved husband, dad and granda, to Rev Jenny Adams for the visits to our home and for her personal, compassionate and beautiful funeral service; we are overwhelmed that so many took the time to come and support us and kindly donated £1650 to Poppy Scotland. Thanks to the very talented organist Helen Noble for playing such well-loved music before and during the service, to funeral directors Dan and Danny Ralph and Steven and Kristy Thomson for their kindness, sensitive guidance and for carrying out our requests, to Katie for helping at the church, to Evelyn and the girls who helped out at David's and DB Taxis for their services.
